A traditional Mexican panaderia, El Aguila Bakery has been in the Casillas/Flores family since 1973. Today, the Flores family runs the colorful business, and their life couldn’t be sweeter. From our sweet breads to our tarts to our cookies, we have something to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth. Our conchas are a favorite among regulars -- like all our tasty treats, they're made from scratch by following decades-old family recipes.
